Policy

At Sweet South Market, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each order. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that were delivered correctly and in good condition. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
